“NDIS approved” claim
“We are an NDIS approved provider of in-home support”Our services · body text
Why: The NDIS does not “approve” providers. Claiming approval represents an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist, which is what the ACCC acted on in the Bedshed and Thermomix matters.
Suggested rewrite: “We are a registered NDIS provider (Reg. no. 4-XXXXXXXXXX) offering in-home support.”
